Sable Fish Packers is a federally regulated fish processing facility located on Cape Sable Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Founded in 1946 by the late Basil E. Blades, Sable Fish Packers is owned and operated by the Blades family.

Sable Fish Packers processes and exports many species of seafood and has long been considered a leader and innovator in the Canadian Fish Processing Industry.

Sable Fish Packers has sold product all over the world. Export destinations include the United States of America, Japan, Germany, South Korea, Russia, Poland, Iceland, France, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Portugal, Spain, the Caribbean, Africa, Australia and South America.

We adhere to the Canadian HACCP-based QualityManagement Plan (QMPR) and are regularly audited by Canadian Food Inspection Agency for compliance to the Canadian Fish Inspection Regulations.
